How do I return my order?

We really hope you won’t need to return or exchange your item but if you do, we promise to deal with all returns and exchanges quickly.

Please include your original packing slip so we can locate your order.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 14 days from the date you received it. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days.

All items must be returned with a valid packing slip.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.

If you have changed your mind about your item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. We take great care in checking items before they are sent out but will refund second class postage on any faulty items.
