Extended Christmas returns Policy
We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period and will happily exchange or refund any full priced items purchased between 02nd December 2019 to 24th December 2019 with proof of purchase until the 31st January 2020.
(sale items follow our usual 14 days return policy, see below).
How do I return my order?
We really hope you won’t need to return or exchange your item but if you do, we promise to deal with all returns and exchanges quickly.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 14 days from the date you received it. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days.
All items must be returned with a valid packing slip.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.
We take great care in checking items before they are sent out but will refund second class postage on any faulty items.
Please include your original packing slip so we can locate your order.
