Spring Refresh

Spring is just round the corner, people!

The heavy layering that we need in winter just doesn’t seem right anymore, does it?  It’s time for a spring refresh!

And what could be more spring-appropriate than florals? There’s just a really positive vibe about them. We see the first spring daffodils and crocuses beginning to emerge in our own gardens and it seems to put a smile on even the most winter-weary faces!

It’s also a joy to have the chance to embrace our more feminine side with a burst of floral. And this doesn’t have to be sugar-pink feminine. Florals can be both strong AND feminine.  As the image of our Pink Flowers Italian Scarf below shows, they can be bold and graphic, too.  This is a statement scarf that would look great over a block colour top or spring jacket.

Scarf Room's Favourite Florals

So let’s take a look at our some of our other favourite floral print scarves that feel so right for right now.

First up and featured at the top of the page is the pretty Poppies Print Scarf.  This features a bold but elegant red poppies print on a soft background beige.  As shown in the image, it looks totally spring-fresh over a simple white tee for when the weather gets a little warmer.

Next up is this "Made in Italy" floral print scarf below made from 100% MicroModal.  If you have never worn this fabric before, you have got to!

MicroModal has a very unique feel – smooth but with a certain depth to the fabric.  It also has a high “wet strength” which allows it to be machine-washed and tumble-dried.
