The New Girl Upstairs - The Silk Box

The arrival of a big juicy box or two of new scarves is always welcome at Scarf Room headquarters and, for me, this is especially the case when it is a box of 100% pure silk scarves, one of my favourites in the entire collection.  I have always had a thing for our silks with their understated beauty and timeless elegance.
Well, our new silks have arrived and they do not disappoint.   This exquisite addition to our capsule collection of 100% pure silk scarves contain a variety of striking and eye-catching prints in an on-trend palette of colours.   These beautiful women's silk scarves look elegant and striking as a beautiful accessory over both simple tailored separates during the day and elegant evening wear at night.   And, as our new images show, we think they look beautiful on women of all ages from teenagers to the more mature woman.
The question is always how to wear one?   Well, as with all fashion, the rules are there to be broken.   Some people like to keep it simple and elegant and wear their silk scarf in a more understated and traditional way.   Others like to play a little more to create their own signature look.   The choice is yours.   You may find our blog, "How to Tie a Silk Scarf" helpful for several simple and accessible ideas.   Also if you are, like me, a silk scarf aficionado and would like to find out a little more about the fascinating history of silk, then do read our blog, "The History of Silk".

Okay, so time now to sit back and enjoy the latest additions to our beautiful silk collection!
